They actually gave a sh*t about my business

Eric Graff, Hansen Buildings
My site was dated and needed a refresh as well as needing to integrate the blog into the website. In addition, we wanted to tie our custom CRM into the website forms so we could easily add customers into our drip email campaigns.
I called up the team at Leverage and spoke with Stan who probed about what I’d tried in the past, what had worked, what hadn’t and he really got me thinking…after a few minutes we were brainstorming about a few things that could be done right away.
The team at Leverage presented their TLW plan of what I should be doing better. They showed me where money was being wasted in my PPC campaign, showed their recommendations for exactly how and what to do to increase my conversion rates, how to increase my leads, and even gave suggestions on how to grow my average sale. They even showed what strategies competitors were using and how they were positioning themselves.
I felt like they actually gave a sh*t about my business. And I loved the presentation and couldn’t wait to get Leverage started building my new site and executing their proposed strategy.
On my new site, Leverage was able to create a few clear funnels which lead visitors down the path to signing up for more info. The form on the home page is now a progressive registration where the visitor gives me their info and then has the option to continue and give me more info – if they happened to abandon the process I already have enough info to follow up with them. The other path utilizes my gallery of buildings. Rather than simply showing a visitor a picture they can now browse to a particular building and request more info about that building.
I didn’t think my customers would be on social media but Thy showed me what ended up being very accurate projections for how many more sales I would get from a very targeted social media campaign. Social media now drives over 300 leads per month.
I don’t know if you can actually call this a “problem” but on occasion, I’ve had to ask Tiger’s paid search team to pause my ads so I could catch up with all the leads I’d gotten.
If you have any spidey sense telling you that you could be getting more out of your website, call Leverage and get their help. You won’t regret it. I went from paying almost $100 for each lead my site brought to $7. I couldn’t be happier.
