MATT HOOKS
COO & PARTNER

Matthew’s formal education is in Traditional Advertising with a minor in Business. Unsatisfied with the metrics for measurement in traditional advertising, Matt was drawn to the world of Digital Advertising and jumped in head first as an SEO Specialist for a local agency. After cutting his teeth working to acquire top visibility for various clients, Matt was pegged to develop the first SEO offering at Leverage Marketing. With a focus on measurement, content with a purpose, conversion optimization, and goal based efforts, the department flourished.
Recognizing the need to innovate faster, Matt jumped at the opportunity to help develop Leverage into much more than one of the many hum-drum search firms. Teaming with Bob presented the fire-power to quickly upgrade the talent, the offering, and to make an end-to-end marketing service available even to those who had not yet even known to inquire about more than search marketing.
Matt now serves as COO and works to ensure that Leverage is poised to continue its journey to bring inbound demand generation, strategic design, marketing automation and reporting to companies looking to better their return on investment.
